Description:
The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of video-endoscopes for the benefit of the armed forces.
The purpose of this contract is to renew the current stock of video-endoscopes to meet the needs of the armies. Thus, in addition to the acquisition of video-endoscopes, this contract will also coverr the acquisition of associated equipment (spares and consumables) and training and documentation services.
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324- 3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 toR. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
This draft contract is an ordinary contract.

Services on provision:
