Fluidic system: Stable and optimized to guarantee a specific flow rate, with the possibility of absolute counting without the use of calibration balls. 2. Expected specific features: automation and ergonomics: software must be intuitive by offering automated calibration, cleaning and maintenance cycles. Data acquisition mode: capacity to record data on a wide dynamic scale (example: 7 log decades) with high resolution to guarantee standardization and reproducibility of results.
