This Contract Is A Contract Allotted In Two Separate Lots Including: - Lot Noa: Acquisition Of Two Tubular Structures In Transparent Plastic Material To Make Up The Socrate Automated Sedimentation Columns. It Is Performed In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Mono-At Purchase Orderstributary, Without Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 40,000 Euros Excluding VAT, In accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-4, R.2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Will be executed on the one hand as soon as it is notified to the holder concerning the lump-sum services, andOn the other hand, by issuing successive purchase orders, depending on the occurrence of needs.- Lot Nob: Acquisition of a container fitted out as a temperature-controlled laboratory for carrying out scientific experiments in the highest tubular structure and Transport Of This Same Column By Porte Container Abroad It is performed in the form of an ordinary contract at a fixed price
