Description:
The consultation concerns: the acquisition of tractors with or without equipment mounted on deported articulated arm and harnessed/worn equipment for tractors and agricultural and self-supported roads, for the realization of maintenance work of road dependencies, for the councilDepartmental of Haute-Vienne.
The passing procedure used is the open tender.
It is subject to the provisions of articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code.
Framework agreement, multi-attributes, is made in application of articles L2125-11 , R2162-1 to R2162-12 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to subsequent markets.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
lot 1: tractors with or without equipment mounted on the deported articulated arm
lot 2: harnessed/worn equipment for tractors and agricultural equipment and roads
EachLot will be the subject of a framework agreement.
The candidates have the possibility of submitting offers for all lots.
Each batch will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers).
The maximum amounts for each batch are:
lot 1: 2,000,000 euros
Lot 2: 270,000 euros.
Framework agreements are concluded for a period of four years, from their date of notification.
