The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition as well as the provision of support and maintenance services for citizen relationship management (CRM) applications - 2 lots.
The detailed description of the services is indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) of each batch.
MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND UPDATING SERVICES FOR CITIZEN RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SOFTWARE BUILDINGS
The purpose of this lot is to provide maintenance, support and update services for citizen relationship management (CRM) software components.
There Detailed description of the services is indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) of Lot 1.
The contract is concluded under the form of a mixed single-awardee framework agreement, executed by the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. THE terms and conditions The details of the framework agreement are specified in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) common to all lots.
The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, renewals included, is €600,000 excluding tax for lot 1.
