Acquisition of supplies, tools, educational games and educational toys for nurseries, schools and services in the cities of Bordeaux, Mérignac, Carbon-Blanc, Floirac, Ambarès and Lagrave and Le Taillan Médoc The framework agreement is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code. The command group was formed for the award procedure for this contract. The members of the group are: - The City of Bordeaux; - The town of Mérignac; - The town of Carbon-Blanc - The city from Floirac - The town of Ambarès-et-Lagrave - The town of Taillan-Médoc The coordinator of the group is the city of Bordeaux which is responsible for notifying the contract, in the name and on behalf of the members of the group. At the end of this notification, each member of the group is responsible for the following missions: - The start of the execution of the contract, by means of a service order, for the part of the services concerning it; - Technical and financial execution for the part of services concerning him, namely the sending of service orders, the placing of orders, the management of deliveries/receipts and the payment of invoices; - The renewal of the contract; - Complaints and legal actions in the event of a dispute with the holder.
