- the purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of standardized high-visibility vests for students using school transport. In order to continue the policy of securing pupils in school transport, the Region ensures the supply and deliveryhigh-visibility vests for students using school transport in the Loire region. This safety equipment must correspond to current safety standards and be available in different sizes covering the nursery, primary and secondary school levels forchildren from 3 to 18 years old. This framework agreement covers all vest needs for the 5 departments of the Pays de la Loire region, estimated between 140,000 and 150,000 vests for the year 2023/2024
