There present The purpose of the consultation is to acquire a complete and innovative solution for making meal trays, allowing in particular the improvement of the working conditions of operators. The proposed solution will make it possible to make complete trays according to the information transmitted by the meal management software for the HUS Central Production Unit (UCPC). The workstation will take the form of a refrigerated island whose configuration will make it possible to minimize heavy handling operations by operators. This solution should allow the operator to work in a temperate environment while ensuring the maintenance of the cold chain for culinary preparations, throughout their packaging
