Description:
The purpose of the market is the acquisition of simulation cabin chassis as part of the massive network simulation project for armies. The simulation cabin chassis must be configurable (fighter plane, helicopter or transport aircraft) And thus allow users to train in an environment of simulation representative of their respective cockpit. Supplies will have to meet specifications of specifications; The computer resources of simulation are not part of the market perimeter. Chassis will be mainly used on air bases. This market project is subject to the negotiated procedure with prior advertising and competition in application of the provisions of articles L. 2324-1, l.2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to 12 of the public procurement code (CCP). The present market project includes both services Packages and other services likely to be acquired via the emission of purchase orders in application of article R 2362-8 of the CCP.
