Description:
The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of seats for various establishments and services of the City and the Caisse des Ecoles de Levallois. It is subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as "the Code" throughout the consultation documents.
This contract is aot from a previous global procedure. Qualified as a supply contract, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "FCS" approved by Order of March 30, 2021
It is awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 du Code.
This contract constitutes a framework agreement for purchase orders within the meaning of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of two years, renewals included. The maximum total value of the contract is 150,000 euro(s) excluding taxA, taking into account its duration and possible renewals, i.e. 75,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year, including 10,000 euro(s) excluding VAT per year reserved for the Caisse des Ecoles
