Description:
Formalized procedure (art L2124-1 of the code) of type open tender (art L2124-2 of the code) in accordance with art.R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the code. Framework agreement (art. R2162-1 to 6 of the code) Mono-attribute of current supplies and services, without minimum and with a maximum amount of 300000 Euro (s) HT for each period of the market. In accordance with art.2162-13 & 14 of the code, it will be executed by the issue of purchase orders which will be notified by the buyer as and when needs.
