- The purpose of this market is to acquire a pulsed laser for super-resolving fluorescence imaging. This laser will be coupled with a microscopy imaging device for applications in biomedical imaging and for the study of photonic materials. The objective of this device is to have a flower microscopy on biological or photonic samples, using This pulsed laser source in order to obtain an imaging modality of fluorescence lifespan. The use of this laser will use the saturation of fluorophores (fluorescent proteins, coloring molecules, ...) in order to access their fluorescence life. The goal is to obtain this type of imaging in a super-resolution configuration. Equipment must include a power supply and a controller.
