- The market is made up of 3 lots: -lot 1: transparent bags of 50 liters, without an annual minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of 250,000 euros excl. HT, -lot 2: bags of 30 and 80 liters for the collection of non -recyclable waste, without minimum annual amount but with a maximum annual amount From 60,000 euros HT, -lot 3: 100 -liter neutral bags intended to equip the vigipirate -type road baskets, without an annual minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros excl. Tax, the duration of contracts is 1 year from notification, tacitly renewable 3 times. The characteristics are described in the CCTPS of each of the lots. The framework agreement fixes all the conditions of execution of the services, it is executed as the emission of order orders issued by the power adjudicator.
