Description:
This notice concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum for the acquisition of one to two railway maneuvering machines.
The main services to be carried out are:
- The study, the supply , delivery, commissioning and receipt of a mRailway maneuvering machine and its accessories for maneuvering the TW20 "tramway trains" on the Murs a Peches SMR.
- The handling necessary for the execution of the service (loading and unloading the vehicle for the transport of equipment will be the responsibility of theitular).
- The necessary interfaces between the railway shunting machine and the tramway.
- The provision of the risk analysis and the complete and detailed study file for approval by the RATP.
- The dynamic tests of each piece of equipment on site (hooking efforts, distance ofbraking when empty and under load).
- Communication between the railway switching machine and the control panel.
- Conformity checks via an approved inspection body.
- Noise measurements via an approved body.
- All human and material resources necessary for maintenanceention. The use of fossil fuel-powered lifting and handling equipment will be prohibited on RATP premises.
