Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is the acquisition of new school and line coaches with diesel and CNG engines for passenger transport.
The "Goods", in this framework agreement, designate new vehicles as provided for in the Specifications of Special Technical and Financial Clauses (CCTPF) of the framework agreement.
They are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting entity as defined in article L1212-3, 4 of the Public Order Code (CCP), in respect of their activity as network operators intended to provide a service to the public in the field passenger transport.
