Description:
La Poste wishes to acquire motorcycle helmets for agents making their rounds in motorized three-wheelers. This contract concerns the supply of motorcycle helmets complying with applicable occupational health and safety requirements. THE Wearing a helmet is compulsory for drivers of motorized vehicles such as motorcycles and tricycles and constitutes essential personal protection equipment against the risks inherent to traffic. The headsets provided must meet the European standard in force, guaranteeing a high level of safety for users. Helmets must also comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, including: - mandatory approval according to standard ECE 22-06, in force for motorcycle helmets; - compliance with French and European regulations relating to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); - the integration of a certified closing system (double-D buckle or ECE approved micrometric buckle 22‑06). Manufacturing and placing on the market must be carried out in compliance with applicable regulations. The market is divided into two lots: - lot no. 1: All-weather motorcycle helmet - lot no. 2: Summer motorcycle helmet The geographical scope is France metropolitan (including Corsica) and the DROMs. Individual traceability of helmets is required by unique encrypted code, barcode or QR code.
