Description:
The purpose of the consultation is the acquisition of motorcycle clothing and inflatable protective vests for the benefit of motorcycle units of the internal security forces. It is made up of the following two lots: Lot 1: Motorcyclist outfits Lot 2: Inflatable protective vests Candidates can submit an offer in response to one or both lots of the consultation. The framework agreement is single-awarded per lot. It is executed by means of purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 5 years from the date of its notification. The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum in quantity and value and with a financial maximum. The estimated quantities per lot/items and sub-items are defined in the consultation documents. These estimated quantities cannot contractually commit the administration for the execution of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded with the financial maximums for the duration of the framework agreement of: Lot 1_Motorcyclist outfits: 56,800,000 Euros excluding VAT Lot 2_Inflatable protective vests: 1,700,000 Euros excluding VAT.
