Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition of Microsoft software solutions as part of an undertaking agreement and the realization of associated services. The objects of this framework agreement meet the current needs of the Urban Community of the Great Reims and the City of Reims and the potential needs of the other members at the service center. It is established for a period of 3 years from date of notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 47 et seq. Of the CCAG-ICT, it is cancellable at each anniversary date by decision of the Practitioner notified to the holder by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the maturity of the current period.
