The CDA of La Rochelle, via its shared direction of systemsinformation (CSI) will pilot the execution of this framework agreement. It will act in the name and on behalf of:
- The community of agglomeration of La Rochelle
- The city of La Rochelle
These 2 communities and, for an incidental basis, the Communal Center for Social Actions (CCAS) of La Rochelle will be able to usefreely the computer solution subject to this market.
The contract is concluded on its date of notification. The start date of the services indicated in the notice is purely indicative and is not contractual
