Description:
The Educational Continuity Service of Intercom Bernay Terres de Normandie, wishes to renew its registration management software, invoicing of services offered within the framework of young children's reception establishments (EAJE), monitoring of early childhood relay data (RPE), leisure, perish and extra -curricular receptions, adolescent poles as well as organized stays. Currently, the software has an obsolete version which does not optimize its use so that it is in line with the needs identified with regard to the regulations interiors, requirements of partner or supervisory institutions or use for families. The team of the educational continuity service led a reflection to define their needs and expectations as part of the acquisition of a new software. The goal is to be able to put in Operation The new software on January 1, 2026. The structures concerned by this new software will be: • The 3 reception establishments of the young child: Eaje (Multi-reception and 2 micro-creches) • The 5 early childhood relays: RPE • The 10 extracurricular and extracurricular leisure centers : AL • The 3 adolescent poles: PA
