- The purpose of this market is to supply and delivery of utility vehicles, a tractor equipped with a water tonne, as well as a freestanding mower, intended for technical services for road maintenance missions, management of green spaces, transport of materials, ofcollection and on -call. The market is broken down into three functional lots, each subject to a separate allocation. The services are paid by flat prices. Vehicles and equipment must be delivered new (basic offer) or recent second -hand mileage, inPerfect operating state (authorized variant), accompanied by all legal and contractual guarantees. The services include supply, commissioning, training in use if necessary, as well as the delivery of compliance certificates, user notices,Maintenance notebooks and technical documents
