Description:
This procedure includes the purchase of large kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerated cabinets, self -based,) and finish lines as well as their maintenance (preventive and corrective). Also concerned, the cleaning-pesting of collective kitchens hoods and the supply of spare parts.School catering, creches, the municipal restaurant, CCAS of Lille and Hellemmes as well as the associated municipalities of Lomme and Hellemmes are the essential recipients of services. Will be provided by this market, the corrective and preventive maintenance of the equipment alreadyin place or acquired during the market. This procedure has passed by tender opened in application of articles R2124-1, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Code of Public Order and the Book of General Administrative Clauses Applicable to Public Supply Marketscurrents and services approved by decree of March 30, 2021; and has four (4) lots. The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of the following framework agreements, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount over their entire duration, i.e. 48 months, in application of articles L. 2125-1 and R2162-1 toR2162-6 of the public procurement code: for the acquisition of large kitchen materials object of lot 1, the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement with competition by subsequent markets, in application of articles R2162-7 to R2162-12.
