The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition of IT equipment and the realization of associated services for the needs of the Agglomeration Community of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and the municipalities of La Verriere, Elancourt, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Pleasure, Villepreux, Voisins-le-Bretonneux and Magny-les-Hameaux.
The execution of the framework agreement is then taken care of by each community
