- Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices.
The services expected are as follows:
- the acquisition of the software (s) necessary for the coverage of all the needs expressed at CCTP
- their technical installation
- Their configuration and adaptation to the context of the FBSA in order to meet the functional and technical objectives defined in the CCTP this
- training and support for users in the use and administration of the solution, as well as start -up assistance during the first months use
- the data recovery of old (s) solution (s) to the new (s)
- the transfer of competence in terms of configuration of (s) the tool (s)
- all the maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of tool (s): corrective maintenance, evolutionary maintenance, maintenance regulatory
This will result in the choice of a solution of one or more software connected to each other, in order to cover all HR activities.
In order to be eligible for the consultation, the candidate must at least respond to the entire perimeter required of lot n 1 or lot n 2.
