this framework agreement is placed in a group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code, the members of which are: - the Porte de l'isere urban community (Capi) - the Municipality of Bourgoin-Jallieu- and the Municipality of La VerpilliereThe coordinatorr of the grouping of commands is the Capi. He will be in charge of signing, signing and notifying the framework agreement. Each member will monitor the execution of the framework agreement for its own account.
