The purpose of this lot is:
-The supply of new and reconditioned copiers who will be deployed on different sites in the city of Saint-Louis,
-Istallation and the commissioning of all equipment,
-The maintenance of all equipment during the duration of the contract and the supply of the consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment.
Very attached to the reduction of its carbon footprint and control of its printing costs, The city of Saint-Louis requires that the holder will deploy material called reconditioned on a defined volume.
Acquisition, installation and maintenance of tracer
The purpose of this lot is:
- the supply of a new tracer and bought by the community
- the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Maintenance of equipment with the supply of consumables (toners) - excluding paper which will be the responsibility of the community
Acquisition, installation and maintenance of duplicopieurs
The purpose of this lot is:
- the supply of new duplicopiers and purchased by the community
- Installation and commissioning of all equipment
- Maintenance of the entire Duplicopieurs park with the supply of consumables.
