- The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of a ticketing and access control solution in sports establishments in the City of Reims as well as the provision of associated services. It includes a fixed part and an executed part.issued by issuing purchase orders. For the purchase order part, it is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum set at 300,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement. It is established for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the contracting public entity notified to the holder by email/mail with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period.
