- The city of Metz wants to have a unique software solution to manage, at first, all of its boiler room facilities. In a second step this solution can be used to manage other objects entering a GTC for the city of Metz, Metz Metropoleor the CCAS of Metz.
This framework agreement will be executed in part by the emission of purchase orders and partly by the conclusion of possible subsequent markets, this is a mixed framework agreement.
The maximum amount for the duration is 1,000,000 euros HT
