  • The purpose of the consultation is to define the functional and technical requirements relating to the implementation of business software divided into two batches. The first will be dedicated to the creation of tours and collection monitoring. A second batch will include the management and monitoring of containers, users and production locations, as well as invoicing of professionals. The solution chosen must make it easy to find a waste producer, to associate a certain number of containers with them, to allow invoicing afterwards. The aim of this approach is to review all of our business tools from a functional and interoperable point of view. The territory being very attractive, it is necessary to ensure a quality service around the staffing containers, monitoring and optimization of collection routes, but also invoicing management. In fact, a significant increase in the number of taxpayers is expected. The different solutions involved in this market must therefore be able to communicate with each other in order to facilitate the processing and crossing of data through robust flow exchanges.
