Description:
The City wishes to have a precise follow -up of the energy consumption of its buildings in order to master its expenses. The objective is to master the community's budget by detecting leaks, overconsumption, unsuitable contracts, define areas of improvements in energy qualityheritage. The desired platform must allow full automated lifts of invoices, consumption and probes, to have precise monitoring and analysis of the city's heritage consumption. As part of this consultation, the city of Nimes actsAs a contracting authority. The services are not divided into separate lots for the following pattern (s): absence of distinct services. The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the emission of purchase orders, which passed in application of articles L2125-1-1 , R2162-1at R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. Pursuant to article R2162-4-2 of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. All services will be remunerated by unit prices with quantitiesreally executed. The market is renewable.
