Description:
This consultation concerns the acquisition of digital workstations and associated services.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The group of orders is made up of the Mayenne Departmental Council (including the 27 public colleges of the Mayenne department) and the Mayenne Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (S.D.I.S. 53).
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract. HAS As an indication, notification of the market is expected around February 25, 2026.
The minimum and maximum amounts for the duration of the framework agreement are set as follows:
- CD53: 1,000,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax / 5,000,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
- SDIS: 80,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax / 300,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax
