Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to acquire subscriptions and access to digital resources for users of the Loire digital media library in the field of leisure, culture, self -training.
The services, objects of the consultation, are divided into 5 lots.
Each Lots will be the subject of a mono-attribute framework agreement executed by purchase orders.
The forecast date of start of the services is set on 01/01/2026
Subscription and access to a digital resource for consultation of videos on demand
Framework agreement with minimum annual amount excluding 4,000 Euro (s) and maximum annual amount excluding 70,000 euros (s)
Subscription and access to a digital general music resource
