- PERFORMANCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE EQUIPMENT: The instrument proposed by the holder must meet the following minimum performances and requirements: - Reading of Elispot tests in colorimetry (white light) and Fluorospot tests in fluorescence with detection of at least 4 emissions of floworescence.-Computer station and analysis software associated with the reader-Support for different types of Elispot or Fluorospot plates and 8-well strips -High resolution camera of at least 2048 x 2048 pixels-Capacity of spot discrimination 'at least 1000 spots/well analyzed (format 96-well plate)-Determination of the individual characteristics of each spot (size, intensity, contrast, etc.)-Export of reading data in different formats (at least jpg and xlsx)-Possibility of installing the software analysis on other computer workstations (at least two) thate the one controlling the reader - Supply of reader performance qualification plates The holder's commitments in terms of characteristics and performance of the instrument that it offers in consistency with the minimum requirements and performances described above are decidedrits in its technical offer.
