Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the supply, delivery and installation of furniture for public high schools in the Pays de la Loire region.
The framework agreement is thus broken down into 3 lots:
- Lot 1 - Tables
- Lot 2 - Chairs
- Lot 3 - Internship furniture
The Pays de la Loire region is committed Also in an approach aimed at promoting the employment of people encountering specific professional integration difficulties and has decided to include in this framework agreement (only the lot 1 tables and the 2 chairs lots) provisions in matters of social responsibility Companies, detailed in article 2.5 of the consultation regulations.
It is concluded for a period of 12 months renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months without its duration not may exceed 48 months
He will therefore be able to perform by means of orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets which may be:

- either at unit prices;
- or at mixed prices.
The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent markets that can be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement are defined as follows:
