ACQUISITION OF COVERS FOR CE30 TROLLEY La Poste needs to transport small bulk packages in a CE30 type trolley usually intended for transporting bins. In this context, La Poste wishes to acquire covers which cover the CE30 to ensure the integrity of small packages and facilitate their handling. This cover must be: - integrated into a CE30, - able to receive and contain small bulk packages, - be emptyable manually, - resistant to various manipulations. The content, in very heterogeneous bulk, is made up of small packages whose dimensions are as follows: - minimum format: 100 x 150 mm, - maximum format: 450 x 750 mm, - minimum thickness: 1 mm, - maximum thickness: 400 mm, - average weight: 200 g, - maximum weight: 2 kg. - the density of the contents is estimated at 0.235 kg/liter. The features of the CE30 are as follows: - interior width: 500 mm, - spacing between the 2 sides at their base: 905 mm, - height of the sides: 1340 mm, - 2 upper radii per side of 130mm, - spacing between the 2 sides at a height of 1340 mm: from 905/920 mm nominal to 1000 mm noted on used CE30s, - installation height (bottom/ground level): 200 mm. The sides are made of 30 mm square tube. The bottom is plastic. Estimated volumes (without commitment from La Poste) are as follows: 2500 to 3000 covers with an estimated restocking every 5 months of 18% of the initial quantity.
