Description:
the need is the acquisition of chemiluminescent sticks. They must be integrated into combatant equipment in addition to their nature of use. These luminous means must meet the following requirements: - be able to be declared or declarable in accordance with the reach Directive (ec) 1907/2006, - be able to be certified CLP or equivalent, - not contain any chemical substance prohibited on the European market such as DBP (Dibuthyl Phthalate), - be used in an ATEX atmosphere and not be flammable (ATEX, Flash Point, Adr), - be standardizable or NATO standard through the office of cDLA modification for validation of compliance with NSN specifications, - be in compliance with ITAR regulations for infrared products manufactured in the USA, - be waterproof, - be able to float on water, - be visible up to a nautical mile (about 1.6km),- for IR products anear it must have infrared radiation between 700 to 950 nm
