Description:
This consultation is made according to the procedure of the open tender, subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 of the public procurement code.
The market is a framework agreement in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public procurement code including a minimum amount and a maximum amount.
This mono-attribute framework agreement will give rise to the emission of purchase orders by the public person, in The conditions set for articles R.2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code. Orders will be notified by power adjudicator as needed, and can be issued until the last day of validity of the framework agreement
