- The purpose of this framework agreement aims to supply, support, software subscriptions and associated integration and development services for the needs of the services of the Departmental Council and Savoy Colleges. The software and subscriptions to be provided are said to be "on shelf" because:- they are available and distributed by publishers via a large channel of suppliers,- loans to employment by simple integration without requiring specific development for their implementation .It covers the following functional perimeters (non-exhaustive):- centralized protection solutions: Bastion for application remotelying, internet web proxy, mail safety gateway,- servers protection tools: antivirus, anti-malware, - Licenses and Systems Licenses relating to the virtualization base, backup and audit and associated reporting tools
