- The purpose of this consultation is the acquisition and maintenance of an IT solution dedicated to social action professions. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Specific Technical Clauses Book (Cctp). 'executionServices Are Those On Which The Holder Has Committed In Its Offer. Failing this, the maximum deadlines indicated in the Specific Technical Clauses Book (Cctp) apply. It Executes By Issuing Purchase OrdersBased on the prices defined in the Holder's Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). It can also be executed by concluding subsequent contracts for specific services which do not fall within those listed in the holder's Bpu, and which require a request for an estimate.Maximum amount of orders for the total duration of performance of the framework agreement, renewals included, is 200,000 euros excluding taxes. 12 months. It is then renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months per renewal.on Express. At least three months before the end of each period of validity of the market, the buyer will inform the holder in writing if he wishes the renewal of the contract.
