The purpose of this consultation is to acquire and maintain a debt management application. The description of services and their technical specifications is indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The deadlines for performing services are thoseon which the holder is committed to his offer. Otherwise, the maximum deadlines indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) apply. The other execution deadlines will be indicated in each order form. The contract is concluded in the form of a mono-attribute framework agreementExecuting by the emission of purchase orders on the basis of the prices defined in the holder's unit price slip (BPU). The maximum amount of orders for the total duration of execution of the framework agreement, included, is 220,000 euros excluding taxes. The market is notDecomposed into lots.
