Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
This consultation is carried out as part of a group of orders between the city of Limoges(Coordinator), the Communal Social Action Center and the Limoges Opera.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 R. to 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent markets.
EachLot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
