Description:
The University of Rennes wishes to acquire an alumni management and animation solution from the training delivered by its components. The application desired by the University of Rennes is based on the accommodated mode (SaaS mode) only and the university does not wish to acquire ainternal software solution. The objective is to benefit from a provision of global service around the Alumni management and animation solution. This market includes installation, training and maintenance services associated with this solution. Adapted procedureWith regard to the provisions of the public procurement code, and in particular article R. 2123-1. The market will be concluded on its date of notification with a provisional starting date set at June 2025 (initialization/deployment meeting) and the installation/implementation stages at: end of September2025. The period of execution of this market begins to run from the notification. The commissioning of the solution is desired for November 2025. Maintenance and year 1 will start after the notification of the admission PV, in accordance with the CCTP. The duration of services forMaintenance (accommodation, assistance and support) will be two years firm (corresponding to the first two years of the rise of versions), tacitly renewable annually within a limit of three years after theperiod.
