Description:
the Town Hall of Blagnac wishes to equip itself with an Electronic Archiving System (Sae) for the management and preservation of its digital archives. The Sae must allow the preservation of archives by guaranteeing their confidentiality, integrity, availability and readability in the time. Short terme, the deployment of Sae aims to meet the specific needs of the Town Hall of Blagnac. The contract includes the following services:-Supply, installation and configuration of the electronic archiving solution;-Training of agents of the Municipal Archives (Am) of Blagnac and the Department ofinformation and digital systems (Dsin) of the Town Hall of Blagnac; - Support for the implementation of pilot electronic archiving processes; - Application maintenance and helpdesk support. The supply of storage infrastructure and equipment is excluded from the perimeter of the market
