Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement with a maximum amount made in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It sets the conditions for performing services and executed as you issue the purchase orders. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. There is no planned decomposition in lots. ThereConsultation relates to a unique non -divisible solution. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from its date of notification. The time to march phases 1 and 2 of the CCTP is set at 4 months maximum from the date of notification of the order form. For themInterfaces and new modules, the holder has a maximum of 3 months from the date of notification of the order form to carry out the order of working.
