• Description:
• In accordance with article L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a contract with lots designated as follows: Lot 1: School and educational supplies Lot 2: School books and textbooks This is a framework agreement for vouchers order. For lot 1, the annual order minimums and maximums are set as follows: - No minimum amount - Maximum amount: 300,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax For lot 2, the annual order minimums and maximums are set as follows: - No minimum amount - Maximum amount: 100,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax The market is established for a period ranging from the start date stipulated in the notification sent to the holder until January 23, 2027. At the end of the initial period, the market may be renewed twice one year by tacit renewal. The contract will end no later than January 23, 2029. It may however be terminated each year, on the anniversary date of the service order prescribing the start of services, by the Contracting Authority, by letter recommended with acknowledgment of receipt 2 months in advance. This termination will not give rise to the payment of compensation by the City. The contract does not include any additional services. Technical or financial variants are not authorized.
