Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R.2162.1 et seq. of the public procurement code.
The contract is concluded by means of a framework agreement setting out all the contractual stipulations (executed by means of purchase orders) and at a price units with a single successful bidder per lot.
The services are divided into 3 lots which will be the subject of separate contracts.
Candidates can bid for all lots.
However, lot 2 is reserved in accordance with articles L2113-12 and R2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code, adapted companies mentioned in article L. 5213-13 of the labor code, to work assistance establishments and services mentioned in article L. 344-2 of the social action and families code as well as to equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their deficiencies, cannot carry out professional activity under normal conditions.
Candidates not meeting these conditions are not authorized to tender for this lot.
