- It is a public market of current supplies passed in the form:-for lots 1 to 7: from a framework agreement to multi-attribute order formalized in application of articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The services will be performed by application of prices Unit HT and VAT rate registered in the Unit Prices slip (BPU). In the event that the service is not registered with the BPU, the municipality reserves the right to order it on the catalogs of the holder by applying the discount on public prices for homogeneous services (indicated to the act commitment). -For lots 8 to 10: a framework framework with subsequent mono contracts assigning in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-6 and R2162-7 and R2162-9 of the order code public
