The City of Nimes is launching a consultation to acquire administrative furniture for the development of workspaces.
This market is not allocated in accordance with the reasons indicated in the consultation regulations, accessible in the consultation file.
The services will be remuneratedBy applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered.
As part of this consultation, the city of Nimes acts as a contracting authority.
Acquisition of administrative furniture
The city of Nimes launches a consultation to acquire administrative furniture forThe development of workspaces.
This market is concluded for an initial period whose duration begins on its date of notification and ends on the date of admission of all the services provided for in the contract. This contract can be renewed according to the following terms: it is renewable3 times. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
All services will be remunerated by application of one of the unit prices with a really executed quantities.
In application of article R2162-4-1 of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with an amountminimum and a maximum amount in value. The minimum amount is 50,000 euros HT for each period. The maximum amount is 150,000 euros excl. Tax for each period.
The performance of services, provided for in the market, is not split into phases.
