Title: Acqusisition of 48 strain sensors with its data acquisition and processing systems
Subject: 48 strain sensors with its data acquisition and processing systems The equipment must make it possible to automatically monitor the consumption of poultry every30 minutes. For this, a strain sensor must be installed between the feed trough and the chain in order to follow the evolution of the feed weight. The sensor will deliver a voltage proportional to the load with a resolution of 3000 points. A building has 48 floors each equippede of a feeder, 48 sensors will therefore be necessary. The 48 junction points coming from the 48 force sensors will be connected in an electrical cabinet. The sensors will be connected to an acquisition unit via Ethernet cables, in order to allow data processing, 48 measurement channelssure will be connected to this central acquisition system. An application/software can then realize a real-time display of the data in different forms (graphs, data, color indicators, etc.).
