Description:
The purpose of the contract is the acquisition and delivery of 4 new telescopic handling machines to be delivered by August 1, 2024, the strict deadline.
For each machine, preventive checks and maintenance as well as mandatory Periodic General Checks (VGP) will be carried out fora duration of 5 years.
For each machine, a "full service" maintenance and upkeep solution (preventive and curative) for a period of 5 years may be retained.
The expected services are described in the CCP.
The machines must be delivered and operational by August 1, 2024, the deadlineur on each of the sites. In the event that the service provider cannot ensure the delivery of one or more machines to be acquired on August 1, 2024, it must offer SETOM the provision free of charge, for each machine concerned, of a telescopic with similar characteristicsbetween August 1, 2024 and the delivery date of each machine concerned.
